Recycled chandeliers at Morningside Shopping Centre find new home at Grayston Prep School

Learners at Grayston Preparatory School will now be able to see for themselves that recycling isn’t only better for our environment but can help make the world a little more beautiful too.

On Wednesday, 14 March 2018 Morningside Shopping Centre donated five chandeliers that were hanging in the centre to Grayston Preparatory School. The chandeliers, shaped into exquisite balls of white flowers, are made from recycled plastic milk bottles by acclaimed South African artist Heath Nash. Through art, Nash aims to shine a light on the importance of environmental sustainability through recycling.
